Somebody that you can ask real questions, and get sensible answers from. There are such people here, so there is no reason to buy in Bulgaria until you have found somebody that fits the bill. If that means putting plans on hold, then so be it says Paul, there is an old adage that rock climbers use says Paul, it refers to the conditions and goes like this: It is better to be on the ground wishing you were up there, than up there wishing you were on the ground, think about it he says, it makes sense.
